How do I cancel my hold? Print

To cancel a hold, login to your My BPL library account through the BPL website:

Select Login/My BPL in the upper right corner of the website. enter your library card# or username and 4-digit PIN, and click login.
My Library Dashboard displays on the left side of the screen; under My Borrowing, click On Hold.
To the right of the item you wish to cancel, select the grey Cancel Hold button. Then click Yes, Cancel Hold.

NOTE: Holds cannot be cancelled if the item status is "Ready" or "In Transit." Please contact your local branch to cancel your hold.
