How do I cancel my hold? Print

To cancel a hold, login to your online My BPL library account through the BPL website:

Select Login / My BPL in the upper right corner of the website. enter your 14-digit library card number or username and 4-digit PIN, and click 'Log In.'
'My Library Dashboard' displays on the left side of the screen; under 'My Borrowing,' click 'On Hold.'
To the right of the item you wish to cancel, select the grey 'Cancel Hold' button. Then click 'Yes, Cancel Hold.'

NOTE: Holds cannot be cancelled if the item status is 'Ready' or 'In Transit.' Please contact the library to cancel your hold.
