To view your hold pick-up date, log in to your online library account through the BPL website:
- Select 'Login / My BPL' in the upper right corner of the website. Enter your library card number or username and PIN, and then click 'Log In.'
- 'My Library Dashboard' displays on the left side of the screen; under 'My Borrowing,' click 'On Hold.'
- To the right of each item that read to be borrowed, you will see the ready status, pick-up location, and pick-up by date listed.
When your item is ready for pick-up, you will receive a Holds Pick-Up notification by email or phone, depending on your preference. You’ll have seven days to check out the item before the hold expires and it is either returned to the shelf or goes to the next person waiting for it.
