To view your hold pick-up date, log in to your library account through the BPL website:
- Select Login/My BPL in the upper right corner of the website. Enter your library card# or username and PIN, and then click login.
- My Library Dashboard displays on the left side of the screen; under My Borrowing, click On Hold.
- To the right of each item ready for pick-up, the ready status, pick-up location and pick-up by date are listed.
When your item is ready for pick-up, you will receive a Holds Pick-Up notification by email or phone, depending on your preference. You’ll have 7 days to check out the item before the hold expires and it is either returned to the shelf or goes to the next person waiting for it.
