How do I know where I am in line for my hold? Print

To view your place in the holds queue, log in to your online MyBPL account through the website:

Select 'Log In / My BPL' in the upper right corner of the website. Enter your 14-digit library card# or username and 4-digit PIN, and click 'Log In.'
'My Library Dashboard' displays on the left side of the screen; under 'My Borrowing,' click 'On Hold.'
A bold number # is displayed at the upper right-hand side of each item listed under 'On Hold.' The number represents your place in line for that hold.
