If you need to change the date, time, or location of your reservation, please email the details of the changes you need, and we'll look after it. Please make sure to include your daytime contact information: full name, telephone number, and email address.


Cancellations or changes must be made through the Library’s Manage Your Room Reservations site. Changes to a rental date, time, or location can only be made by cancelling the original rental and submitting a new rental request.


If your rental is cancelled or changed with adequate notice, you will receive a refund minus an administrative cancellation/change fee.

  • Centennial Hall rentals require 168 hours (7 days) notice for change or cancellation.
  • All other rentals require 96 hours (4 days) notice for change or cancellation.


Users will not receive any refund for their rental if it is changed or cancelled without adequate notice.
