You will need your BPL card number and 4-digit PIN or last name and reservation reference number, which are included in all room rental email communications.
If you do not have your library card or reservation reference number, you can call 905.639.3611 and ask our staff for help. They will ask you to verify your personal information for security purposes.
A $15 fee is applied to all cancellations. Refunds, net of the fee, will be applied in 3-5 business days to the credit card used at the time of booking. An email to confirm the cancellation will be sent from donotreply@bpl.on.ca.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is less than 48 hours from the reservation.
