A $15 fee is applied to all cancellations.
Refunds, net of the fee, will be applied in 3-5 business days to the credit card used at the time of booking. An email to confirm the cancellation will be sent from donotreply@bpl.on.ca.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is less than 48 hours from the reservation.
