To register for Hoopla, on the library website main menu select Resources, then scroll down to Hoopla. Or click this link for direct access.
- Select the blue Get Started Today button
- Enter your email address, create a password and click Agree
- Choose your library - Burlington Public Library, click Next
- Select your email and notification settings
- Enter your BPL library card #, click Agree
- Click the blue Sign Me Up button
