Please try these troubleshooting tips first:

  1. Enter your library card # with no spaces between the numbers, and then enter the last four digits of your phone number as your PIN.
  2. Did you recently replace your library card and are logging in with an old card number?
  3. Has auto insert saved an incorrect library card number under username or barcode?
  4. The library card number may no longer be in our system if you haven't used your library card number in the past 5+ years.
